An unexpected pregnancy can place emotional, medical, & financial stress on you. We can help expectant parents with support related to medical, housing, food, transportation, counseling, and more.
Financial Assistance & Education - We seek to stabilize you, by assisting with tangible living assistance such as groceries, maternity clothing, transportation, etc. While also teaching you how to access community resources, build a budget, and create a path that will get you on track to achieving your financial goals.
Housing - We believe that housing is a key component in ensuring that you feel safe enough to seek the additional care you & your baby need as well as to work towards your personal goal. We work to find suitable housing for you to give you a place to relax & feel safe. Help available to both housed & unhoused expectant parents.
Medical - We understand the barriers that many mothers feel or experience when working or seeking medical care. We are available to support you in establishing medical care & even attend appointments with you to advocate for you and your needs.
Counseling- Making an adoption plan can be emotional. We provide FREE counseling for you today, tomorrow, and for the life of the agency. We understand that you may want counseling periodically to process your feelings, talk about your growth & next steps, and more.

Mutual Selection Adoption
Starr Adoption Services believes in the importance of strong healthy adoptions and engages in mutual selection adoptions. A process where both the expectant & hopeful adoptive parents mutually select one another. An expectant mothers summary is not shown to and adoptive family that does not meet her specified request. And adoptive families profile is never shown to an expectant parent who they haven’t agreed to.
Our process is done with intention and respect, honoring the expectant and adoptive families & the child that will bond them forever. We seek to develop open adoptions that are designed to support and nurture the child.
