We believe that birth parent(s) participating in a voluntary adoption process with our agency should be afforded their own legal counsel.

We acknowledge that while the State of Arizona does not require us to offer or provide legal counsel to birth parents, we respect you enough to offer this service to you.

Having your own legal counsel to answer YOUR questions regarding the adoption process, laws, open adoptions, consent/relinquishment documents is critical in ensuring that you are educated on your decision and your rights.
