Starr Adoption Services is built on the foundation that family is made up of the people who love you.

Same Sex Adoptions are legal in all 50 States! And we are happy to be a part of building families comprised of people who are ready to grow their family. Our Starr Adoption Services criteria is standard for all adopting families. All Arizona Starr Families must meet the criteria to obtain a home study in Arizona or have an approved home study or be able to obtain one in your home state.

Many expectant parents are very open to or seek out a same sex family to adopt their child. Many expectant mothers are happy to provide an opportunity for a couple to grow their family through the gift of adoption.
