Yes, you can still make an adoption plan at the hospital. Many women want to think about their options for a longer time frame & do not want to talk with an adoption agency until after they deliver. There are also times when women do not know that they are pregnant until going to the hospital & being told that they are in labor. You may feel unprepared to make a decision on parenting or doing an adoption plan. In Arizona Consents to Adoption cannot be signed until the baby is at least 72hours old.
